Identification Process of Materiality

Step1

We have examined Step 1 according to GRI standard, that is the framework to explain contribution to a sustainable development by reporting how the Company can impact the economy, environment, and society.

    ●Megatrends (long-term economic, environmental, and social changes)

    Likelihood of occurrence, size of event if it occurs, extent of impact, difficulty of recovery, magnitude of positive/negative impact on management, and positive/negative impact on corporate value

Step2:Arrangement of activities considerate to important objectives for sustainability

The Company have arranged the countermeasures for what have been extracted in terms of sustainability in Step 1.

Step3:Identification of materiality

Identify Nextage’s materiality by tidying up what have been found in Step 2 in order of "Customer", "Employees" and "Regional Society".
Materiality is a guideline that is tied to four management strategies to help Nexstage realize the value of service provision based on our management philosophy.
It is also incorporated into the value creation process as key management issues.
