When does NEXTAGE’s fiscal year end?
NEXTAGE’s fiscal year ends on November 30.
When does NEXTAGE announce its financial results?
Announcement of NEXTAGE’s quarterly financial results is scheduled as follows.
• 1st quarter (from December to February) . . . Early April
• 2nd quarter (from March to May) . . . Early July
• 3rd quarter (from June to August) . . . Early October
• Full year (December to November) . . . Early January

Does NEXTAGE hold presentations on its financial results? Do you webcast such presentations?
We hold presentations on financial results for institutional investors twice a year: in January for full-year financial results and in July for the second quarter financial results. At present, we do not webcast these meetings.

How can I find out about NEXTAGE’s most recent financial performance?

What are NEXTAGE’s key performance indicators?
Established in 1998, NEXTAGE has expanded the scope of its business from sales of imported cars to include sales of Japanese cars, including ordinary passenger cars and kei (light) cars, and developed a specialist store specialized in a car model category quickly in our country.
At that time, we focused the business model specialized in retail, and procured many cars of recent model primarily at automobile auctions and sold these high-quality cars to customers at reasonable prices.
And now, in addition to our strength in sales and sell high-quality cars to customers at reasonable prices, we will strengthen maintenance, vehicle safety inspection, and vehicle purchasing operations to further increase revenue and maximize profit throughout the used car business cycle.
With the aim of realizing the management philosophy of “The Car Dealer Loved by Everyone,” we are opening large-scale stores with a view to cultivating lifelong customer relationships.
And, We seek to achieve offering services with high added value at all stages of our customers' car ownership.

Questions about Dividends
What is NEXTAGE’s dividend policy?
Positioning the return of profit to shareholders as a top priority, we have a policy of consistently distributing some of our retained earnings (profits) as stable dividends to shareholders.
In principle, we plan to pay a year-end dividend each fiscal year. We set aside a portion of retained earnings as cash on hand for enhancing shareholders’ equity and as reserves for investing effectively in business growth.
Is there a deadline for receiving dividends?
Pursuant to provisions of Article 53 of the Articles of Incorporation of NEXTAGE, dividends cannot be paid after three full years from the dividend payment start date.
I lost the dividend statement. What should I do?

NEXTAGE shares were listed on Mothers of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on July 30, 2013 and promoted to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on September 19, 2014. NEXTAGE shares were listed on the First Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange on December 4, 2014.
