Our concept of interactive education

Nexstage aims to enhance corporate value by promoting the co-development of human resources among all employees.
To this end, we have developed the N-BOOK, a manual common to all stores, and expanded various training programs to promote skill and career development.

N-BOOK

By maintaining a company-wide common manual, "N-BOOK," we have created an environment in which all employees can acquire the correct knowledge and grow while working.
We also aim to improve service at all our stores by operating stores based on the common manual.

Features of N-BOOK

Unified quality across all stores

In the past, human resource development in the automotive industry was based on the principle of "move rather than learn."
However, on-the-job training (OJT) alone resulted in inconsistent quality at each store, which was a major obstacle to nationwide store expansion.

Contents that anyone can understand

A business manual is meaningless unless all employees can pick it up and use it.
The N-BOOK is produced in an easy-to-understand manner with few words and diagrams. On-site employee training is conducted more efficiently by basing on N-BOOK.

Continuously updated in line with the current situation

The N-BOOK is constantly updated to keep pace with Nextage's business, which is growing daily through speedy decision-making, and to reflect opinions at the stores.
To avoid time lags, the N-Book has been converted to an electronic manual from 2021, which can be searched and viewed on the website.

Operating as a code of conduct within the company

Internal announcements of operational changes are made through the N-Book, and the N-Book is also used as the textbook for training.
The headquarters announces updates to the N-BOOK every other week and provides opportunities to view the N-BOOK in various situations to ensure that all employees are familiar with it.

Co-education Notebook

We distribute a " Co-education notebook" to new employees, which summarizes the knowledge and skills to be acquired, so that both the employee and the person in charge of co-education or the manager can grasp the skills of the employee.
This notebook is a tool that supports standardization of operations as well as N-BOOK.

Training Program

Nexstage conducts training throughout the year for employees according to their job titles and positions to improve their skills and careers.
We are strengthening training for new employees to make them competitive at an early stage, and also focusing on management development, including training for employees in their second year with the company, candidates for the next store manager, and store managers.
In addition, we have adopted a "Leader System" for the purpose of skill improvement and career development.
Employees aim to become store managers while experiencing various leadership roles in the course of their daily sales activities.
We will promote the development of human resources who will be responsible for the future growth of Nexstage.

The most important management resource for Nextage is “Human resources”. It is important how we can attract the best human resources to realize the vision for 2030. Besides treating that as the most essential, we put our effort in the interactive education that we uniquely develop, so we can develop some human resources who are capable to further improve our corporation value.

Nexstage has established a system for employees to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills by enhancing training in line with their job level and department, and is considering the introduction of selective training that allows employees to develop their skills according to their ambitions and career plans.
By creating an environment in which all employees can grow, we will enhance their motivation to develop their careers autonomously and expand our human resource development system to enable them to contribute to the company autonomously and voluntarily.
